I also added some interesting videos to Mother Hen's Recipes. I've run across some that are very interesting while doing research for stories. Most I have tried and those I haven't are on my to do list. One of the more interesting ones that I posted was how to pickle and can wild thistle. I particularly enjoyed noticing the bowie knife the young woman narrating the video had. It was a thing of beauty. LOL.
