Today's Update - 15 Aug 2014
Today has been a travelling day so I've missed being able to do some of the updates that I had intended to. In fact the update note itself is going to be kept short and sweet because it is after 10pm and I still have quite a bit to do before I can hit the hay. Have tree cutters coming tomorrow to take out a huge dead laurel oak that borders the swamp that has become a high wind danger so I might not get an update until late tomorrow as well. I'll see what I can pull off, depends on how complicated the day gets between all of the mess I am looking at. Messes I can handle, chaos irritates me and I suspect a minor Chinese fire drill at some point ... it never fails to happen exactly when I don't need it to. About the only think you can count on these days it seems is Murphy's Law always holding true.
Today's videos is on a topic near and dear to my heart ... canning sausage. LOL! Here's several videos on canning sausage; not just bulk sausage but different varieties, link types, etc. There's quite a few of them of varying video skill levels but they are all worth a peek or three.
